I started edging in my early twenties, and I find it really helpful to improve stamina and to avoid having premature ejaculations. Edging basically involves masturbating and then stopping right before you ejaculate (I call it the Point of No Return). Once the urge to ejaculate has subsided, repeat for a many times and as long as you like. You’re basically training your nervous system to learn how to gain complete control of your ejaculation. I've had really amazing orgasms by using this “stop and go” technique by building up for twenty minutes or more per masturbation session before ejaculating. The result is that over time, it takes me longer to climax (good news for my girlfriend) and the erections are also stronger (I think this has something to do with getting regular blood flow into the penis for longer periods of time). Has anybody else tried edging or the "stop and go" technique?
